    保温时间对Mo2NiB2金属陶瓷组织、物相和腐蚀性能的影响

    Effect of Holding Time on Organization, Physical Phase and Corrosion Properties of Mo2NiB2 Cermet

    • 摘要: 采用液相烧结工艺制备了Mo2NiB2金属陶瓷,研究了烧结温度(1 280 ℃)保持时间(保温时间)对Mo2NiB2金属陶瓷物相组成、组织结构、硬度、摩擦磨损性能与耐蚀性的影响。结果表明:Mo2NiB2金属陶瓷主要由Mo2NiB2相、MoB相和MoNi相构成,且随保温时间的延长,Mo2NiB2相的生成量先增加后减小,当保温时间为40 min时,所得Mo2NiB2金属陶瓷的硬度最高(2 784.9 HV0.2),摩擦磨损性能最好,耐蚀性最佳,腐蚀速率为0.09 mm/a,而当保温时间为10 min时,所得试样的各项性能显著劣化。

       

      Abstract: Mo2NiB2 cermet were prepared using liquid-phase sintering technology, and the effects of different sintering temperature (1 280 ℃) holding times (insulation times) on the phase composition, microstructure, hardness, friction and wear properties, and corrosion resistance of Mo2NiB2 cermet were studied. The results show that Mo2NiB2 cermet were mainly composed of Mo2NiB2 phase, MoB phase, and MoNi phase. With the extension of insulation time, the amount of Mo2NiB2 phase generated first increased and then decreased. When the insulation time was 40 minutes, the hardness of the Mo2NiB2 cermet was the highest (2 784.9 HV0.2), the friction and wear performance was the best, the corrosion resistance was the best, and the corrosion rate was 0.09 mm/a. However, when the insulation time was 10 minutes, the various properties of the sample deteriorated markedly.
