    核电站二次滤网保护方式调整可行性分析

    Feasibility Analysis of Adjustment of Protection Mode of Secondary Filter Screen in Nuclear Power Plant

    • 摘要: 二次滤网为凝汽器中过滤海水杂质的重要结构组件,具有立式筒体结构,内部有固定的滤网板、K字架、隔板等部件。核电站目前使用牺牲阳极对二次滤网进行保护,根据外部经验反馈,牺牲阳极及紧固件发生脱落时,它们将冲击凝汽器中的钛管或进入钛管内堵塞形成异物,损坏钛管造成机组降功率的风险。为消除上述风险,通过数值模拟软件和现场勘测相结合的方式评估了二次滤网内牺牲阳极移位或外加电流阴极保护两种改进方式的可行性,同时优化了二次滤网的保护方式,确保核电站机组的安全稳定运行。结果表明:将牺牲阳极移动至二次滤网网板上游,当筒体的牺牲阳极对称分布在二次滤网两侧,阳极位置与二次滤网中心位置一致时,对二次滤网保护效果最好;在二次滤网网板上游安装外加电流阴极保护系统,当辅助阳极于二次滤网中心位置一致,距离筒体中心为1.2 m时,二次滤网受到保护效果最优。

       

      Abstract: The secondary filter screen is an important structural component for filtering seawater impurities in the condenser, with a vertical cylinder structure, and there are fixed filter plates, K-frames, partitions and other components inside. At present, sacrificial anodes are used in nuclear power plants to protect the secondary filter, and according to external experience feedback, when the sacrificial anodes and fasteners fall off, they will impact the titanium tube in the condenser or enter the titanium tube to block to form foreign matter, and there is a risk of damaging the titanium tube and causing the power reduction of the unit. In order to eliminate the above risks, the feasibility of two improved protection methods, sacrificial anode displacement or applied current cathodic protection in the secondary filter, was evaluated by combining numerical simulation software and site investigation, and the protection mode of the secondary filter to ensure the safe and stable operation of the nuclear power plant unit was optimized. The results showed that when the sacrificial anode was moved to the upstream of the secondary filter screen, when the sacrificial anode of the cylinder was symmetrically distributed on both sides of the secondary filter screen and the anode position was consistent with the center position of the secondary filter screen, the secondary filter screen had the best protection effect. An impressed current cathodic protection system was installed upstream of the secondary filter screen plate. When the auxiliary anode was in the same position at the center of the secondary filter screen and was 1.2 m away from the center of the cylinder, the secondary filter screen was protected best.
