    Research Progress and Development Trend of Surface Corrosion Detection Technology for Aviation Equipment

    • 摘要: 针对适用于航空装备表面腐蚀检测技术现状进行了总结。首先对超声、涡流、射线、红外热成像等常规无损检测技术在腐蚀检测中的应用及其优缺点进行了介绍。然后重点阐述了基于机器视觉的腐蚀检测技术原理和研究进展,并对其未来发展趋势进行展望。

       

      Abstract: A comprehensive review of the current state of surface corrosion detection technologies for aviation equipment is provided in this paper. It begins by analyzing the applications, advantages, and limitations of conventional non-destructive testing (NDT) methods, including ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, X-ray imaging, and infrared thermography. Subsequently, the principles and recent advancements in machine vision-based corrosion detection technologies are highlighted. Finally, the future trends and potential directions for the development of corrosion detection in the aviation industry are discussed.
