    聚合物驱油集输管道的腐蚀原因

    Corrosion Reason of Polymer Flooding Oil Gathering and Transportation Pipelines

    • 摘要: 大庆油田广泛应用聚合物采油技术,注入水中含有大量微生物,聚合物驱集输管道发生腐蚀穿孔,引发泄漏事故。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)及激光共聚焦显微镜等分析了管道腐蚀特征,使用rRNA测序检测微生物的种属,探究了集输管道的主要腐蚀类型及微生物腐蚀的识别特征。结果表明:管道输送介质的矿化度和溶解性固体总量(TDS)高,C质量浓度均超过2 000 mg/L,介质和腐蚀产物中微生物富集,管道内壁形成大量锈瘤,锈瘤表面S质量分数高达16.62%,锈瘤外壳S质量分数为6.60%,硫酸盐还原菌导致油田聚合物驱管道发生严重微生物腐蚀和垢下腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: Polymer oil recovery technology has been widely used in Daqing Oilfield. The injection water contains a large number of microorganisms, which promotes the corrosion perforation of polymer drive gathering and transportation pipeline and causes leakage accidents. The corrosion characteristics of pipelines were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), EDS, X-ray diffraction, and laser confocal microscopy. rRNA sequencing was used to detect microbial species, and the main types of corrosion and identification characteristics of microbial corrosion in gathering and transportation pipelines were explored. The results show that the mineralization and TDS of the medium transported by the pipeline were relatively high, and the mass concentrations of and exceeded 2 000 mg/L. Microorganisms were enriched in the medium and corrosion products, and a large number of rust nodules were formed on the inner wall of the pipeline. The mass fraction of S on the surface of rust nodules was 16.62%, and the mass fraction of S in the shell of rust nodules was 6.60%, SRB caused severe microbial and subsurface corrosion of polymer flooding pipelines in oil fields.
