    低温离子渗氮对17-4PH不锈钢磨损和腐蚀影响的研究现状

    Research Status on Effect of Low Temperature Plasma Nitriding on Wear and Corrosion Properties of 17-4PH Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 对反应堆控制棒驱动机构丝杠材料17-4PH不锈钢进行低温离子渗氮处理,可以提高其表面硬度和耐磨性,满足堆内苛刻的要求。为此,综述了低温离子渗氮对17-4PH不锈钢显微组织的影响;着重阐述了经低温离子渗氮17-4PH不锈钢的耐磨性和耐蚀性。最后,结合控制棒驱动机构的服役环境,为低温离子渗氮17-4PH不锈钢的研究指明了方向。

       

      Abstract: To improve the surface hardness and wear resistance of 17-4PH stainless steel used for the lead screw of control rod drive mechanism in a nuclear reactor so as to meet the strict requirements in the reactor, low temperature plasma nitriding can be applied. Therefore, the influence of low-temperature ion nitriding on the microstructure of 17-4PH stainless steel is summarized. And then the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of 17-4PH stainless steel after low-temperature plasma nitriding are expounded. Finally, combined with the service environment of the control rod drive mechanism, the direction for the research of low-temperature plasma nitriding 17-4PH stainless steel is proposed.
