    316L不锈钢卸扣在海水中快速腐蚀的原因

    Causes of Rapid Corrosion of 316L Stainless Steel Shackle in Seawater

    • 摘要: 采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度检测、金相检验、扫描电镜和能谱分析以及化学消解等方法,分析了316L不锈钢卸扣在海水中快速腐蚀的原因。结果表明:海水中的Cl-和缆绳涂层释放出的部分离子促使不锈钢卸扣表面发生局部腐蚀,缆绳与卸扣部分位置构成缝隙结构,该区域在长时间微动磨损和微生物催化的作用下发生缝隙腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: The causes of rapid corrosion of 316L stainless steel shackle in seawater were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, hardness test, metallographic examination, scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis and chemical digestion. The results show that the Cl- in seawater and some ions released by the cable coating promoted localized corrosion on the surface of the stainless steel shackle. Some regions of the cable and the shackle formed a gap structure, and the gap corrosion occurred in these area under the action of long-term fretting wear and microbial catalysis.
