    310S和800H不锈钢的微观结构及其在天然海水环境中的腐蚀行为

    Microstructure and Corrosion Behavior of 310S and 800H Stainless Steel in Natural Seawater Environment

    • 摘要: 在天然海水介质中,通过金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、激光共聚焦显微镜、原子力显微镜对310S不锈钢和800H不锈钢的组织结构进行分析对比,并通过浸泡试验和电化学测试研究了这两种不锈钢在天然海水环境中的腐蚀规律。结果表明:310S不锈钢和800H不锈钢的显微组织均为奥氏体,且均有一定量的第二相析出,310S不锈钢的析出相主要为富Cr碳化物以及碳氮化合物,800H不锈钢的析出相主要为富Cr碳化物和Al、Ti的碳氮化合物。在天然海水介质中进行电化学测试后,310S不锈钢和800H不锈钢表面均有明显的腐蚀痕迹。由于800H不锈钢中加入了合金元素Al、Cu、Ti,800H不锈钢的耐蚀性优于310S不锈钢。

       

      Abstract: In the natural seawater medium, the microstructure of 310S stainless steel and 800H stainless steel was analyzed and compared by metallographic microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, laser confocal microscopy and atomic force microscopy, and the corrosion law of these two stainless steels in the natural seawater environment was studied by immersion test and electrochemical test. The results show that the microstructure of 310S stainless steel and 800H stainless steel was austenitic, and both had second phase precipitation, the precipitate phase of 310S stainless steel was mainly Cr-rich carbides and carbon and nitrogen compounds, and the precipitated phase of 800H stainless steel was mainly Cr-rich carbides and Al and Ti carbon and nitrogen compounds. After electrochemical testing in natural seawater medium, there were obvious corrosion traces on the surface of 310S stainless steel and 800H stainless steel. Due to the addition of Al, Cu and Ti alloying elements in the 800H stainless steel, the corrosion resistance of 800H stainless steel is better than that of 310S stainless steel.
