    高参数垃圾电站锅炉温度对腐蚀的影响及其防护技术

    Influence of Temperature on Corrosion of High Parameter Garbage Power Station Boiler and Its Protection Technology

    • 摘要: 针对高参数垃圾电站锅炉受热面腐蚀严重的问题,总结了腐蚀速率随壁温的变化规律,根据管壁腐蚀介质的形态,将腐蚀曲线分为电化学腐蚀区、弱腐蚀区和高温腐蚀区,对各区域的腐蚀机理进行了分析和探讨,并提出了对于高温区域的高参数水冷壁和过热器需重点防护;概述了目前普遍应用的防护方法,并建立了防护涂层性能综合评价指标体系,根据用户需求的差异给出了高性价比和经济型两种防护方案。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the serious corrosion problem of heating surface of high-parameter waste power station boiler, the variation regulation of corrosion rate with wall temperature is summarized. According to the morphology of corrosion medium on the wall, the corrosion curve is divided into electrochemical corrosion zone, weak corrosion zone and high temperature corrosion zone. The corrosion mechanism of each zone is analyzed and discussed, and the key protection for high-parameter water wall and superheater in high temperature zone is put forward. The commonly used protection methods are summarized, and a comprehensive evaluation index system for the performance of protective coatings is established. According to the differences in user needs, two cost-effective and economical protection schemes are given.
