    铬元素对铸造铝青铜组织及耐腐蚀性能的影响

    The Effects of Chromium on the Microstructure and Corrosion Resistance of Cast Aluminum Bronze

    • 摘要: 采用电化学测试、扫描电镜观察及X光电子能谱分析等方法,在3.5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中研究了铬元素对Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn、Cu-10Al-4Fe-2Mn铝青铜的组织及腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:添加1%(质量分数)Cr使得铝青铜组织中枝晶的面积占比分别降低了13%与7%;四种铝青铜中Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn-1Cr的耐腐蚀性能最优,添加1%Cr使Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn的腐蚀速率从0.045 6 mm/a降低至0.032 5 mm/a,使Cu-10Al-4Fe-2Mn的腐蚀速率从0.050 4 mm/a增加至0.056 7 mm/a;Cr3+能够掺入Cu2O,提高腐蚀产物膜的致密性,而Cr2O3的形成再次提高膜的致密性,改善了铝青铜的耐腐蚀性能。

       

      Abstract: The effects of chromium (Cr) on the microstructure and corrosion behavior of aluminum bronzes Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn and Cu-10Al-4Fe-2Mn in a 3.5% (mass fraction) NaCl solution were investigated by electrochemical testing, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis. The results show that the addition of 1% (mass fraction) Cr reduced the dendrite area fraction in the aluminum bronze microstructure by 13% and 7% respectively. Among the tested aluminum bronzes, Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn-1Cr exhibited the best corrosion resistance. The addition of 1% Cr reduced the corrosion rate of Cu-9Al-4Fe-4Ni-2Mn from 0.045 6 mm/a to 0.032 5 mm/a, while it increased the corrosion rate of Cu-10Al-4Fe-2Mn from 0.050 4 mm/a to 0.056 7 mm/a. Cr3+ incorporation into Cu2O enhanced the compactness of the corrosion product film. The subsequent formation of Cr2O3 further increased the film's density, ultimately improving the corrosion resistance of the aluminum bronze.
