    核级聚丙烯酸分散剂对CuO和CaCO3分散性能的影响

    Effect of Nuclear Grade Polyacrylic Acid on Dispersion of CuO and CaCO3

    • 摘要: 使用分光光度计、ICP-OES、Zeta电位及红外光谱研究了聚丙烯酸(PAA)对CuO和CaCO3分散性能的影响及作用机理。结果表明,当CuO/PAA质量比为100 mg/kg时,PAA对CuO悬浮液的分散效果较好,当CaCO3/PAA质量比为1 mg/kg时,PAA对CaCO3悬浮液的分散效果更好。当溶液pH为3时,PAA以单齿模式吸附在CuO表面;当溶液pH为8时,PAA以倾斜双齿桥联方式吸附在CuO表面。

       

      Abstract: The influence and mechanism of polyacrylic acid (PAA) on the dispersibility of CuO and CaCO3 were studied using a spectrophotometer, ICP-OES, Zeta potential, and infrared spectroscopy. The results show that when the mass ratio of CuO/PAA was 100 mg/kg, PAA had the best dispersion effect on CuO suspension, and when the mass ratio of CaCO3/PAA was 1 mg/kg, PAA had a better dispersion effect on CaCO3 suspension. When the pH of the solution was 3, PAA adsorbed on the surface of CuO in a monodentate mode, and when the pH of the solution was 8, PAA adsorbed on the surface of CuO in a tilted bidentate bridging manner.
