    煤制氢酸性水汽提塔顶循管路系统的腐蚀失效原因

    Corrosion Failure Reasons of Overhead Circulation Pipeline System in Acid Water Stripper for Coal to Hydragen Production

    • 摘要: 煤制氢酸性水汽提塔顶循系统的塔内分布管及顶循管线出现腐蚀穿孔问题。结合腐蚀形貌观察、组织分析、腐蚀产物检测及工艺介质分析等,对该腐蚀失效现象展开系统研究与机理分析。结果表明,分布管及顶循管线穿孔是酸性水腐蚀与冲刷协同作用的结果,而铵盐、亚铁氰化铁等介质的存在,进一步促进了冲刷腐蚀的发生与发展,最终导致腐蚀穿孔。基于分析结果,提出控制流速、优化工艺操作及升级材质等针对性管控措施,为装置的安稳运行提供技术支撑。

       

      Abstract: Corrosion perforation was found in the distribution pipe and overhead circulation pipeline of the overhead circulation system of the coal-to-hydrogen acid water stripper. In this paper, systematic research and mechanism analysis on the corrosion failure phenomenon were carried out by combining corrosion morphology observation, microstructure analysis, corrosion product detection and process medium anslysis. The results show that the perforation of the distribution pipe and overhead circulation pipeline was the result of the synergistic effect of acid water corrosion and scouring. The presence of media such as ammonium salt and ferrocyanide further promoted the occurrence and development of erosion corrosion, eventually leading to corrosion perforation. Based on the analysis results, targeted control measures such as controlling flow rate, optimizing process operation and upgrading materials are proposed to provide technical support for the stable operation of the device.
