    TW-7(A)涂层在GH2150A压气机叶片中应用的可行性

    Feasibility of Applying TW-7(A) Coating on GH2150A Compressor Blades

    • 摘要: 为明确TW-7(A)无面层涂层在GH2150A高压压气机转子叶片上的应用可行性,通过600 ℃涂盐热腐蚀试验、模拟舰面停放环境加速腐蚀试验,以及室温振动疲劳试验(含腐蚀前后对比),系统研究该涂层的腐蚀防护性能及其对叶片疲劳强度的影响。结果表明:TW-7(A)涂层通过牺牲阳极的阴极保护作用实现对GH2150A基体的有效保护,展现出优异的抗腐蚀能力;同时,该涂层可在一定程度上提升叶片的振动疲劳强度,且腐蚀后中值疲劳强度衰减幅度较小(约4.5%)。综合各项性能指标,TW-7(A)涂层可作为GH2150A高压压气机转子叶片的优选腐蚀防护涂层。

       

      Abstract: To clarify the application feasibility of TW-7(A) coating (without surface layer) on GH2150A high-pressure compressor rotor blades, systematic tests including 600 ℃ salt-coated thermal corrosion test, simulated deck parking environment accelerated corrosion test, and room-temperature vibration fatigue test (with pre- and post-corrosion comparison) were carried out to study the corrosion protection performance of the coating and its influence on the fatigue strength of blades. The results show that the TW-7(A) coating effectively protected the GH2150A matrix through the cathodic protection mechanism of a sacrificial anode, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, the coating could improve the median vibration fatigue strength of the blades to a certain extent, with a small attenuation amplitude (about 4.5%) after corrosion. Based on the comprehensive performance indicators, the TW-7(A) coating could be used as the preferred corrosion protection coating for GH2150A high-pressure compressor rotor blades.
