    油气集输管道阴极保护绝缘性能测试方法比较

    Comparison of Cathodic Protection Insulation Performance Testing Methods for Oil and Gas Gathering Pipelines

    • 摘要: 针对不同类型的绝缘失效问题,对比分析不同绝缘性能测试方法的优缺点,提出电位法、馈电法、电流法、绝缘接头测试仪法及其组合方法。现场验证结果表明,组合测试方法具有测试准确度高、抗干扰、测试范围广等优点,可作为油气集输管道及场站阴极保护绝缘性能测试的推荐做法。

       

      Abstract: A comparative analysis was conducted on the advantages and disadvantages of various insulation performance testing methods for different types of insulation failures. Multiple methods, including the potential method, power supply method, current method, and insulation joint tester method, as well as their combinations, were proposed. Field verification results demonstrate that the combined testing method offers high accuracy, strong anti-interference capability, and a wide testing range. This makes it a recommended approach for cathodic protection insulation performance testing in oil and gas gathering pipelines and stations.
