    基于大数据的油田腐蚀数据智能管理平台研发

    Development of Oilfield Corrosion Data Intelligent Management Platform Based on Big Data Technology

    • 摘要: 针对M油田注水系统腐蚀日益严重且油田大数据利用率低的问题,基于历年腐蚀失效、生产运行及监检测数据的整理分析,开发了一套基于大数据的网页版M油田注水系统腐蚀数据中英文智能管理平台。该平台由数据库、腐蚀预测、腐蚀预警及腐蚀干预四大模块组成。其中数据库建立了数据管理类型和管理规范,建立了数据管理规范,确保数据的有效性和完整性,支持数据的自动调取、计算及统计分析;腐蚀预测模块通过腐蚀预测模型评估设备设施的腐蚀风险等级;腐蚀预警模块将腐蚀风险等级在管网图/工艺图上可视化显示,并统计风险类型及占比;腐蚀干预模块针对不同风险类型及风险等级给出智能化防腐蚀推荐,保障现场防腐蚀管理能够及时响应。智能管理平台的开发大大减少了现场人员的工作量,提高了油田数据的使用价值,极大提高了现场生产管理及防腐蚀管理工作效率。

       

      Abstract: In response to the increasingly severe corrosion of the M oilfield water injection system and the low utilization rate of oilfield big data, a web-based M oilfield water injection system corrosion data intelligent management platform in both Chinese and English has been developed based on the analysis of corrosion failure, production operation, and monitoring data over the years. The platform consists of four modules: database, corrosion prediction, corrosion warning, and corrosion intervention. The database establishes data management types and standards, establishes data management standards to ensure the effectiveness and integrity of data, and supports automatic retrieval, calculation, and statistical analysis of data; The corrosion prediction module evaluates the corrosion risk level of equipment and facilities through a corrosion prediction model; The corrosion warning module visualizes the corrosion risk level on the pipeline network diagram/process diagram, and calculates the types and proportions of risks; The corrosion intervention module provides intelligent anti-corrosion recommendations for different types and levels of risks, ensuring timely response to on-site anti-corrosion management. The development of an intelligent management platform greatly reduces the workload of on-site personnel, improves the value of oilfield data, and greatly enhances the efficiency of on-site production management and anti-corrosion management.
