摘要: 某亚临界热电厂供热系统采用溴化锂吸收式热泵,供热期间,热泵中的溴化锂泄漏进入热网供热疏水系统和机组水汽循环系统,机组在线化学仪表监测机组水汽品质异常,并发生锅炉水冷壁爆管事故,机组紧急停机。机组停机后,对水冷壁管进行取样分析,并分析了热力系统的水质,确定了水冷壁管爆管是溴化锂进入热力系统导致的。结果表明:溴化锂进入水汽系统后引起给水pH降低,最低降至6.81,溴化锂在高温工况下的电化学反应造成金属基体显微组织发生改变,大量沿晶裂纹导致金属强度降低,在高温及高压力作用下,水冷壁管爆裂。Abstract: Lithium bromide absorption heat pump is used in the heating system of a subcritical thermal power plant. During the heating period, lithium bromide in the heat pump leaks into the heating and drainage system of the heating network and the water vapor circulation system of the unit. The online chemical instruments of the unit monitors the abnormal water vapor quality of the unit, and the boiler water wall tube burst accident occurs, and the unit stops urgently. After the shutdown of the unit, the water wall was sampled and analyzed, and the water quality test results of the thermal system were analyzed. It was determined that the water wall tube burst was caused by lithium bromide entering the thermal system. The results showed that after lithium bromide entered the water vapor system, the pH of the feed water decreased, and the minimum decreased to 6.81. The electrochemical reaction of lithium bromide at high temperature caused the microstructure of metal matrix to change, and a large number of intergranular cracks led to the decrease of metal strength. Under the action of high temperature and high pressure, the water wall tube bursted.
