    高性能水泥基材料的抗氯离子侵蚀性能

    Chloride Ion Erosion Resistance of High-Performance Cement-Based Materials

    • 摘要: 通过5%(质量分数)NaCl溶液中的浸泡试验(360 d),研究了超高强喷射混凝土和高强水泥基灌浆料在氯盐环境中的Cl-分布规律与Cl-扩散系数。结果表明:氯盐长期浸泡条件下,两种高性能水泥基材料中的Cl-扩散符合Fick第二定律,表面Cl-含量均随侵蚀龄期的延长而升高,而Cl-扩散系数均随侵蚀龄期呈指数型衰减,分别建立了两种材料的Cl-扩散系数时变模型。超高强喷射混凝土的抗氯离子侵蚀性能优于高强水泥基灌浆料。

       

      Abstract: The distribution pattern and diffusion coefficient of Cl- in ultra-high-strength shotcrete and high-strength cement-based grout in chloride environment were studied through indoor immersion test in 5% (mass fraction) NaCl solution (360 d). The results show that under long-term immersion conditions of chloride salts, the diffusion of Cl- in two high-performance cement-based materials followed Fick's second law. The surface Cl- content increased with the extension of erosion age, while the Cl- diffusion coefficient decreased exponentially with erosion age. Time varying models of Cl- diffusion coefficients were established for both materials. The anti chloride ion erosion performance of ultra-high-strength shotcrete is superior to that of high-strength cement-based grout.
