    两种耐候钢在模拟一般大气与海洋大气环境中的腐蚀行为

    Corrosion Behavior of Two Kinds of Weathering Steel in Simulated General and Marine Atmospheric Environments

    • 摘要: 通过形貌观察、腐蚀动力学分析、锈层成分分析和电化学测试等,对比研究了耐候钢S350、B550和碳钢Q235在模拟一般大气环境与海洋大气环境中的腐蚀行为。结果表明:在模拟一般大气环境中,两种耐候钢的耐受性都优于碳钢,试验后期,两种耐候钢的腐蚀速率约为碳钢的1/2;而在模拟海洋大气环境中,两种耐候钢的腐蚀速率均高于碳钢Q235,即在氯离子含量较高的海洋环境中,二者不适合免涂装使用。

       

      Abstract: Through morphological observation, corrosion kinetics analysis, rust layer composition analysis, and electrochemical testing, a comparative study was conducted on the corrosion behavior of weathering steels S350 and B550 and carbon steel Q235 in simulated general atmospheric and marine atmospheric environments. The results indicate that in the simulated general atmospheric environment, both weathering steels exhibited better resistance than carbon steel. In the later stages of the test, the corrosion rates of the two weathering steels were approximately half that of carbon steel. However, in the simulated marine atmospheric environment, the corrosion rates of both weathering steels were higher than that of carbon steel Q235, indicating that neither was suitable for use without coating in chloride-rich marine environments.
