    海上风机腐蚀监测系统应用与数据分析

    Application and Data Analysis of Corrosion Monitoring System for Offshore Wind Turbines

    • 摘要: 利用电阻探针传感器(TER)开发了海上风力发电机组腐蚀监测系统,并将其安装于南海域广东省湛江市某海上风电项目中,通过监测结果评估了该项目海上风力发电机组内外部腐蚀速率及腐蚀环境等级。结果表明:风机内外环境均为典型的海洋大气腐蚀环境,呈现典型的干-湿交替周期变化规律;风机内外腐蚀速率最大值均出现在腐蚀初期,并随着服役时间延长逐渐降低最后趋于稳定;根据数据拟合得到腐蚀量与时间的幂函数模型;最后,对机组防腐蚀系统设计等级及耐久性要求提出了一定的建议。

       

      Abstract: A corrosion monitoring system for offshore wind turbines was developed using resistance probe sensors (TER) and installed in an offshore wind power project in Zhanjiang, Guangdong Province, in the South China Sea. The internal and external corrosion rates and corrosion environment levels of the offshore wind turbines in the project were evaluated based on the monitoring results. The results show that the internal and external corrosion environment of offshore wind turbines were typical marine atmospheric corrosion environment, showing obvious wet-dry rotation. The maximum corrosion rate of external and internal corrosion appeared at the primal phase, and gradually decreased with the extension of service time and finally tended to be stable. The power function model of corrosion volume and time was obtained by fitting the data. Finally, some suggestions on the design grade and durability requirements for offshore wind turbines were proposed.
