    未投产天然气管道在微生物环境中的腐蚀规律

    Corrosion Rules of Natural Gas Pipelines under Microbial Environment before Production

    • 摘要: 未投产天然气管道密闭缺氧且有积液的内部环境有利于微生物的生长繁殖,从而引发微生物腐蚀。采用静态挂片浸泡试验、电化学测试等研究了X70钢管道在不同封存工艺且含微生物环境中的腐蚀规律。结果表明:在模拟试压水环境中,X70钢的均匀腐蚀速率随氧含量、细菌含量和含量的增大而增大,氧含量增大到一定程度会抑制SRB的生长;所有含菌体系中的挂片腐蚀产物均含有FeS;试样在模拟试压水中的腐蚀电流密度随溶液中氧含量、细菌含量和含量的增大而增大,与腐蚀速率变化趋势一致。X70钢腐蚀影响因素权重的降序为硫酸盐含量、氧含量、SRB含量。

       

      Abstract: The internal environment of uncommissioned natural gas pipelines is conducive to the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, which leads to microbial corrosion. The corrosion law of X70 steel pipes in different storage processes and microbial environments was studied by static hanging piece immersion test and electrochemical test. The results showed that the uniform corrosion rate of X70 steel increased with the increase of oxygen content, bacterial content and concentration in the simulated pressurized water environment, and the growth of SRB was inhibited to a certain extent when the oxygen content increased. The corrosion products of hanging pieces in all bacteria-containing systems contained FeS. The corrosion current density of the sample in the simulated pressure test water increased with the increase of oxygen content, bacterial content and concent in the solution, which was consistent with the change trend of corrosion rate. The descending order of weights of the influencing factors of X70 steel corrosion are sulfate content, oxygen content and SRB content.
