    海洋装备防腐蚀涂层寿命预测方法的研究进展

    Research Progress on Life Prediction Methods for Anti-Corrosion Coatings on Marine Equipment

    • 摘要: 海洋装备涂层寿命预测对于涂料选型和后期维护具有重要指导意义。然而,涂层寿命受多因素耦合影响,其难以精准预测一直是制约工业防护领域发展的关键问题。本文综述并分析了目前涂层加速老化试验中存在的问题,重点分析了海洋环境中各类因素对涂层老化的影响机制,并进一步探讨了涂层寿命预测方法在实际应用中的技术短板,以期为相关领域研究者提供参考和启示,推动海洋工程领域技术的进一步发展。

       

      Abstract: The service life prediction of anti-corrosion coatings for marine equipment is of great guiding significance for coating selection and whole-life cycle maintenance of equipment. However, the service life of coatings is affected by the coupling of multiple factors, and its difficalty in accurately predicting has long been a key issue restricting the development of the industrial protection field. This paper summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in current accelerated aging tests of coatings, focuses on the influence mechanisms of various factors in the marine environment on coating aging, and further discusses the technical shortcomings of coating service life prediction methods in practical applications, aiming to provide references and insights for researchers in related fields and promote the further development of technologies in the marine engineering field.
