    辽宁省燕州城山城遗址出土脆弱铁质文物的病害评估与防治

    Damage Evaluation and Stabilized Method on Some Fragile Iron Products Excavated from the Yanzhou Mountain City Site in Liaoning Province

    • 摘要: 利用紫外荧光照相、X光探伤、广域X射线荧光扫描成像和X射线衍射分析法对辽宁省燕州城遗址出土7件铁器的保存和病害情况进行了综合评估。结果表明:铁器锈蚀严重,表面均含有一定量的氯元素,绝大多数锈蚀产物含有四方纤铁矿(β-FeOOH)、纤铁矿(γ-FeOOH)等不稳定锈蚀。采用脆弱铁质文物保护的稳定技术对7件铁器进行了综合病害防治,取得了较好的效果。

       

      Abstract: A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on the preservation and disease status of seven iron cultural products unearthed from the Yanzhou City site in Liaoning province using ultraviolet fluorescence photography, X-ray flaw detection, wide area X-ray fluorescence scanning imaging, and X-ray diffraction analysis methods. The results show that the ironwares were severely corroded, and the surface contained a certain amount of chlorine element. The vast majority of the corrosion products contained unstable corrosion such as tetragonal hematite (β-FeOOH) and hematite (γ-FeOOH). The stable technology of protecting fragile iron cultural relics was adopted to comprehensively prevent and control the diseases of 7 iron cultural products, and achieved good results.
