    十六组氨酸酰胺对集输管线用L245钢的缓蚀性能

    Corrosion Inhibition Performance of Hexahistidine Amide to L245 Steel for Gas Gathering and Transportation Pipeline

    • 摘要: 以南川页岩气集输管线运行工况为背景,研究了十六组氨酸酰胺(16-ZA)缓蚀剂对L245碳钢在模拟地层水中的缓蚀性能。腐蚀浸泡试验和电化学试验结果表明,在饱和CO2环境中,十六组氨酸酰胺缓蚀剂在较低浓度下对L245碳钢具有优异的保护作用,当缓蚀剂质量浓度为10 mg/L时,缓蚀率可达90%,且缓蚀率随缓蚀剂用量的增大而升高,当缓蚀剂质量浓度为100 mg/L时,缓蚀率为99%。十六组氨酸酰胺缓蚀剂在碳钢表面以化学吸附为主,且遵循Langmuir等温吸附模型。量子化学计算结果证实该缓蚀剂在碳钢表面具有极强的吸附能力。

       

      Abstract: Based on the operating conditions of the Nanchuan shale gas gathering and transportation pipeline, the corrosion inhibition performance of hexahistidine amide (16-ZA) inhibitor to L245 carbon steel in simulated formation water was studied. The results of corrosion immerssion test and electrochemical test show that hexahistidine amide corrosion inhibitor had excellent protective performance on L245 carbon steel in saturated CO2 environment at low concentrations. When the concentiation of the inhibitor was 10 mg/L, the corrosion inhibition rate could reach 90%, and the corrosion inhibition rate increased with the increase of the inhibitor dosage. When the concentration of the inhibitor was 100 mg/L, the corrosion inhibition efficiency was 99%. Hexahistidine amide inhibitor was mainly chemically adsorbed on the surface of carbon steel, and followed the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model. The results of quantum chemistry calculations confirmed that the inhibitor had extremely strong adsorption capacity on the surface of carbon steel.
