    锦郑输油管道交流杂散电流检测与整治

    Detection and Remediation of AC Stray Current in Jinzheng Oil Pipeline

    • 摘要: 针对锦郑输油管道受高压输电线路交流杂散电流干扰较强的管段,采用固态去耦合器和裸铜线接地的杂散电流排流措施。对管道交直流电位、交流电流密度、地床运行参数和固态去耦合器运行参数等进行现场测试,并对出现故障的杂散电流排流点进行整治。结果表明,该整治方案可有效解决固态去耦合器损坏后短路故障、地床接地电阻变大对管道阴极保护系统和杂散电流缓解出现的影响,保障管道安全运行。

       

      Abstract: For the section of the Jinzheng oil pipeline that is significantly affected by AC stray current interference from high-voltage transmission lines, measures such as solid-state decoupling and bare copper wire grounding were implemented to discharge stray current. Field testing was conducted on pipeline AC/DC potential, AC current density, ground bed operating parameters, and solid-state decoupler operating parameters. The results indicate that this remediation plan could effectively solved the effects of short-circuit faults, increased ground resistance in the pipeline cathodic protection system, and stray current interference caused by solid-state decoupler failures, thereby ensuring the safe operation of pipelines.
