    酸性环境中CO2对2205不锈钢应力腐蚀的影响

    Effect of CO2 on Stress Corrosion of 2205 Stainless Steel in Acid Environment

    • 摘要: 采用U形弯曲试样浸泡、慢应变速率试验和电化学测试研究了2205双相不锈钢在不含和含有CO2的硫化氢介质中的腐蚀行为和应力腐蚀开裂,并用扫描电镜观察了慢拉伸后的断口形貌。结果表明,溶液中CO2的存在能降低双相不锈钢的点蚀电位,增加其维钝电流密度和腐蚀电流密度。同时,CO2会促进双相不锈钢的应力腐蚀敏感性,使得双相不锈钢呈现明显的脆性断裂。

       

      Abstract: The corrosion behaviour and stress corrosion cracking of 2205 duplex stainless steel in H2S medium with and without CO2 were studied by u-shaped bending specimen soak, slow strain rate testing and electrochemical measurements. The fracture morphology after slow strain rate testing was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the existence of CO2 in the solution can reduce the pitting potential of the duplex stainless steel, increase the passive current density and corrosion current density. CO2 can promote the stress corrosion sensitivity of the duplex stainless steel, make the duplex stainless steel suffer brittle fracture clearly.
