Abstract: A separable plastic of solvent polyvinyl chloride resin was developed.Humid heat test,salt spray test,and corrosion tests in 3.5% NaCl,5% H2SO4 and 10% NaOH solutions were conducted to evaluate its corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.The results indicated that the separable plastic had superior corrosion resistance in acid,alkali,salt solution and salt spray environment.The plastic presented a bright film,with good levelling property etc.
