    粉芯丝材电弧喷涂参数优化及涂层抗高温性能

    Parameter Optimization and High Temperature Resistance of Arc Sprayed Coatings with Cored Wires

    • 摘要: 选用CrB丝材作为喷涂材料,利用电弧喷涂在20钢表面进行喷涂.研究喷涂参数对涂层抗冲蚀性能以及抗高温腐蚀性能的影响,优化最佳工艺参数.结果表明,电弧喷涂粉芯丝材涂层的较好工艺参数为:雾化空气压力0.5 MPa,电弧电压40 V,电弧电流120 A,喷涂距离140 mm.

       

      Abstract: Using CrB as shielding material of arc sprayed,arc sprayed coatings were obtained on the surface of 20 steel.The optimal processing parameters were found out by studying the influence of spraying parameters on the high temperature corrosion resistantce.The results indicated that the best processing parameters for arc spraying the powder-cored wire coating were the spraying pressure 0.5 MPa,arc voltage 40 V,electric current 120 A and spraying distance 140 mm.
