再热主汽门轴封蒸汽疏水管线失效分析
Failure Analysis of Gland Seal Steam Drain Pipe of Reheat Stop Valve

摘要: 秦山第三核电厂一根再热主汽门轴封蒸汽疏水管线发生断裂泄漏, 漏点位于靠近再热主汽门引出管嘴处。对该管段失效部位进行了宏观检查, 对母材、热影响区、焊缝区分别进行了化学成分、金相、腐蚀产物分析, 观察了断口形貌, 确定管线失效原因主要为:靠近再热主汽门阀体的管段内壁在高温水蒸汽中的氧化腐蚀导致壁厚显著减薄, 并由于管线在机组正常运行期间的振动产生腐蚀疲劳, 最终导致断裂泄漏。Abstract: Fracture and leakage happened at the gland seal steam drain pipe of a reheat stop valve in Third Qinshan Nuclear Power Co., Ltd. The failure location was near the nozzle of the valve. Examination was conducted on the failed section of the pipe. The chemical compositions, microstructure and corrosion products of the parent metal, heat affected zone and butt weld of the pipe were examined. The fracture surface was observed. It is concluded that the main failure causes should be as follows: (1) oxidation corrosion on the pipe inner surface near the valve caused by high temperature steam resulted in the pipe wall thinning significantly; (2) corrosion fatigue due to pipe vibration lead to the final fracture.
