Abstract: The research progress and prospect of nano-structured coatings prepared by thermal spraying are reviewed.The preparation of nano-structured feedstock,nano-structured fabrication methods and properties of nanostructured coatings are introduced.Compared with the thermal spray coatings of traditional materials,the mechanical,tribological,anti-wear and anti-corrosion properties of the nano-structured coatings have been enhanced.
