    氯化镧对X80管线钢在酸性土壤模拟溶液中腐蚀行为的影响

    Effect of LaCl3 on Corrosion Behavior of X80 Pipeline Steel in Acid Soil Simulated Solution

    • 摘要: 采用失重法、电化学测试和扫描电镜等方法,研究了X80钢在含有0.25~1.0 g·L-1氯化镧(LaCl3)的鹰潭酸性土壤模拟溶液中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,不同浓度的LaCl3均能降低X80钢的腐蚀速率,且当LaCl3浓度为0.5 g·L-1时,腐蚀速率最低。这是因为LaCl3与阴极反应产生的OH-结合成La(OH)3和La2O3,使原来多孔且不致密的产物膜变得更加致密,阻碍了阳极溶解,有效减缓了X80钢的腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: Weight loss method, electrochemical method and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to investiguate the corrosion behavior of X80 pipeline steel in Yingtan soil simulated solution with three different concentrations of LaCl3 (0.25 g·L-1, 0.5 g·L-1 and 1.0 g·L-1). The results show that the corrosion rate of X80 steel obviously reduced by LaCl3, and the corrosion rate was the lowest when the concentration of LaCl3 was 0.5 g·L-1. It was because La(OH)3 and La2O3 were produced when LaCl3 combined with OH-, which produced by the cathodic reduction reactions. This makes the corrosion product film more compact and less defective and thus can block the anodic dissolution. Thus, the corrosion rate of X80 steel in acid soil solution decreased effectively by LaCl3.
