钢铁表面钛盐转化膜

摘要: 用钛盐取代有毒的铬酸盐在钢铁表面制备了一层化学转化膜。采用正交试验的方法, 得到了最佳的工艺条件, 即: 室温下, 盐酸体系中, 乙醇钛13.3 g/L, OP-10 40.0 g/L, 油酸皂6.67 g/L, 氯酸钾6.67 g/L, 苯甲酸钠0.83 g/L, 镀膜时间40 min。结果表明, 该配方处理工艺条件简单, 对环境无污染, 生成的膜均匀, 呈灰白色。盐水浸泡试验3 h以上, 室内挂件20 d无锈迹出现, 耐蚀性较好。Abstract: In order to reduce environmental pollution, non-toxic salts of titanium salt was used to replace toxic chromate chemical to form chemical film on steel. By using orthogonal test the optimum process was obtained as follows: room temperature, HCl system, ethanol titanium 13.3 g/L, OP-10 40.0 g/L, oleic acid soap 6.67 g/L, potassium chlorate 6.67 g/L, sodium benzoate 0.83 g/L, time 40 min. The results show that the process is simple and no environmental pollution, and the film is uniform and gray. There is no rust on steel after immersion in salt water for 3 h or indoor hanging for 20 days, indicating that the corrosion resistance of the film is relativly good.
