Abstract: An impressed current cathodic protection system was built to protect the Shuanglan pipeline in a valve station.Its anode bed is close to the first and second west-east gas pipelines with a distance of less than 200 m,the tested potentials showed the existence of abnormal cathodic protection and interference.Field test of potentials was used to judge the interference.Some solution measures and suggestions of the above issues were proposed.
