    铀表面鎏镀锌涂层及其抗腐蚀性能

    Corrosion Resistance of Uranium Coated with Zinc by Amalgam Coating

    • 摘要: 利用锌汞齐在铀表面鎏镀锌保护涂层, 利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)对涂层进行了表征, 采用热重法和激光拉曼光谱测试了涂层的抗氧化腐蚀性能。结果表明, 在铀表面鎏镀的锌涂层结构致密, 与基体结合紧密; 在40%的氧气氛中, 150 ℃温度时的加速腐蚀试验结果显示, 鎏镀锌涂层具有优良的抗氧化腐蚀性能, 锌涂层的抗腐蚀原理是基于在锌涂层表面形成致密的氧化锌保护膜, 从而阻止基体铀的进一步腐蚀。

       

      Abstract: Protective coatings on uranium were prepared with amalgam formed by Zn reacting with Hg. The coatings were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The corrosion resistance of the coatings was tested by thermogravimetric analysis(TGA) and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that it is feasible to prepare compact coatings on uranium surface with Zn amalgam. The coatings can combine with uranium tightly. The zinc coating has excellent corrosion resistant property to uranium in 40% O2 at 150 ℃. The protection of zinc coating for uranium depends on the physical barrier role from the compact ZnO film.
