    高压加热器性能劣化和换热器监管优化

    Degradation of High Pressure Heaters and Supervision Optimization of Heat-exchangers

    • 摘要: 介绍了核电用高压加热器性能劣化和失效的主要原因, 包括冲蚀、局部腐蚀、振动、积污和水位控制不当; 分析了目前国内核电厂高压加热器的监管现状和不足; 讨论了优化电厂高压加热器和换热器管理方法, 如优化分级管理; 提出了建立换热器管理大纲的思路和方法。

       

      Abstract: The main reasons which caused the performance deterioration and failure of high pressure heaters were introduced in this paper, including corrosion erosion, localized corrosion, vibration, fouling and improper water level control. The supervision status and supervisory deficiency of high pressure heaters in domestic nuclear power plants were analyzed, and the management methods such as optimization management and classification management for high pressure heaters and heat exchangers were discussed. Some ideas and methods for compiling heat exchanger management programs were proposed.
