    AZ31镁合金在不同电解液中的电化学行为

    Electrochemical Behavior of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy in Different Electrolytes

    • 摘要: 用失重法、线性电位扫描、开路电位、恒电流放电、电化学阻抗谱等方法研究了AZ31镁合金分别在MgSO4、MgBr2和Mg(ClO4)2溶液中的电化学行为.结果表明AZ31镁合金在Mg(ClO4)2溶液中的电化学特性相对较好:自腐蚀速率小、放电效率高、电压滞后时间短、放电电压平稳.

       

      Abstract: The electrochemical behaviour of AZ31 magnesium alloy in MgSO4,MgBr2 and Mg(ClO4)2 solutions was investigated by linear potential scan,constant current discharge,EIS impedance and weight loss measurements.The results showed that AZ31 magnesium alloy has better electrochemical characteristics in Mg(ClO4)2 solution i.e.,smaller corrosion rate,higher discharge efficiency,shorter discharge delay-time and discharge potential than in MgSO4 and MgBr2 solutions.
