电弧喷涂1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢修复造纸烘缸

Reparation of Paper Dryer by Arc-sprayed 1Cr18Ni9Ti Stainless Steel

摘要: 造纸烘缸由于腐蚀磨损而使表面失效,采用电弧喷涂1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢对其进行修复,探讨了喷涂工艺及涂层性能.通过正交试验得出修复烘缸的最佳喷涂工艺是:电弧电流为230 A ,喷涂距离为220 mm,空气压力为0.8 MPa,电弧电压为35 V.此技术已在某造纸厂的烘缸修复中得到了应用,并且使用效果良好.

Abstract: A wear-corroded paper dryer was repaired with arc-sprayed 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel.The coating performance of the repaired paper dryer was studied.An optimum arc-spraying technology for repairing paper dryer was obtained through orthogonal experiment as follows:arc current 230 A,spraying distance 220 mm,arc voltage 35 V and air pressure 0.8 MPa.
