    二氧化氯溶液中的金属缓蚀剂

    Metal Corrosion Inhibitors in Chlorine Dioxide Solution

    • 摘要: 针对二氧化氯消毒体系中金属的腐蚀问题,采用静态失重法研究了常温下氟硅酸钠、钼酸钠和羟基乙叉二膦酸(HEDP)对A3钢分别在100 mg/L和50 mg/L,pH=6的二氧化氯溶液中的缓蚀情况,并分析了可能的缓蚀机理,以及最佳的缓蚀剂浓度.结果表明,三种缓蚀剂均有一定的缓蚀作用,缓蚀效果氟硅酸钠比钼酸钠好,HEDP效果最佳.

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the metal corrosion problem in chlorine dioxide disinfection system,the corrosion inhibition property of sodium fluosilicate,sodium molybdate and HEDP on A3 steel was studied by static weight-loss method in the chlorine dioxide solution of 100 mg/L and 50 mg/L,pH=6,at room temperature.The possible inhibition mechanism and optimal concentration were analyzed.The results showed that sodium fluosilicate,sodium molybdate and HEDP had good inhibition effect,sodium fluosilicate was better than sodium molybdate,especially HEDP had the best inhibitiion effect.
