    Nd对Zr基非晶合金形成能力、热稳定性及耐腐蚀性的影响

    Effect of Nd on Forming Ability, Thermal Stability and Corrosion Resistance of Zr-based Bulk Amorphous Alloys

    • 摘要: 利用铜模吸铸法在水冷坩埚中制备了4种(Zr0.55Al0.1Ni0.05Cu0.3)100-xNdx(x=0, 1, 2, 3)块体非晶合金。采用XRD和DSC检测了所获合金相组成、非晶形成能力及热稳定性, 并采用盐酸溶液浸泡腐蚀试验评价了不同合金的腐蚀速率。结果表明, 适量添加Nd可提高Zr0.55Al0.1Ni0.05Cu0.3非晶合金的形成能力和热稳定性, 但非晶合金在2 mol/L HCl溶液中的耐蚀性随Nd含量的增加而降低。该结果对进一步改善和提高非晶合金的性能具有重要的参考价值。

       

      Abstract: The alloys of (Zr0.55Al0.1Ni0.05Cu0.3)100-xNdx(x=0, 1, 2, 3)were prepared by copper die casting method. The phase composition, glass forming ability, thermal stability and corrosion rate of the alloys were investigated by means of XRD, DSC and immersion corrosion testing. The results showed that proper content of Nd could improve the glass forming ability and thermal stability of Zr0.55Al0.1Ni0.05Cu0.3 metallic glasses, but the corrosion resistance in 2 mol/L HCl solution of the amorphous alloy decreased with increasing the Nd addition. It is an important reference for further improving and enhancing the performance of the amorphous alloy.
