    低掺量钢筋阻锈剂的性能及机理

    Inhibition Efficiency and Mechanism of Low Adding Amount Inhibitors

    • 摘要: 在钢筋阻锈剂设计准则的基础上, 研制出JD系列钢筋阻锈剂, 探讨了其阻锈机理, 采用硬化砂浆的方法检测了JD系列钢筋阻锈剂的阻锈效果, 研究了添加该阻锈剂对混凝土凝结时间和抗压强度的影响。结果表明, JD系列钢筋阻锈剂在0.3%掺量下, 就能具有优良的阻锈效果, 同时对混凝土的力学性能没有不良影响。

       

      Abstract: Based on the design criteria of inhibitors, JD series inhibitors were developed. The inhibition mechanism and efficiency in the environment of chloride were investigated. The effects of the inhibitors on the setting time and compression strength of concrete were also studied. The results showed that JD series inhibitors have good inhibition performance, and no adverse effect on the concrete performance.
