    AZ91D镁合金微弧氧化膜厚对其耐蚀性的影响

    Influence of Thickness of Micro-arc Oxidation Coatings on Corrosion Resistance of AZ91D Magnesium Alloy

    • 摘要: 采用扫描电镜观察了AZ91D镁合金上不同厚度微弧氧化膜的形貌,通过中性盐雾试验和电化学阻抗谱,对不同厚度微弧氧化膜的耐蚀性进行了研究.结果表明:随着微弧氧化膜层厚度增加,膜层表面致密度降低,膜层质量变差;膜层的耐蚀性不是随膜层厚度的增加而单调提高的;一定工艺参数下,存在耐蚀性最佳的微弧氧化膜厚,它是由膜层的有效厚度即致密层厚度决定的,而与膜层的总厚度关系不大;在当前工艺条件下,相对于6 μm、10 μm、20 μm厚度的膜层,15 μm厚度的膜层试件耐蚀性最佳.

       

      Abstract: The morphology of micro-arc oxidation coatings on AZ91D magnesium alloy was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The corrosion resistance of the coatings with different thicknesses was examined by neutral salt spray testing and electrochemical impendence spectroscopy.The results show that the compactness of the coatings declined and their quality degraded with the increase of coating thickness.The coating corrosion resistance did not increase monotonously with the coating thickness.With given technical parameters,there was a micro-arc oxidation coating with the best corrosion resistance.The best thickness was dependent on the effective thickness of the coating instead of its total thickness.In this study the corrosion resistance for the specimen with thickness of 15 μm was better than that of 6 μm,10 μm,20 μm.
