Abstract: Based on the exposure and inside corrosion test data of coatings in Qingdao marine environment, the anti-corrosion life of coating system on the outer surface of steel box beam of bay bridge was analyzed. The results show that the service life of zinc-aluminum alloy complex coatings prepared by thermal spraying may exceed 27 years, meeting the requirements of 25 years service life of bay bridge’s coating system.
