柴油加氢精制装置分离器管道开裂分析

Failure Analysis for the Rupture of Segregator Pipeline in Diesel Hydrofining Unit

摘要: 采用宏观检查、金相显微分析、直读光谱分析、扫描电镜(SEM)和电子能谱分析(EDS)等方法,对柴油加氢精制装置分离器管道开裂的原因进行分析.结果表明,硫化氢应力腐蚀开裂(SSCC)是造成管道开裂的根本原因,建议对管道的材料与热处理工艺进行重新选择.

Abstract: The methods of visual inspection,metallographic analysis,direct reading spectrometric analysis,SEM and EDS were adopted to study the rupture of a segregator pipeline in diesel hydrofining unit.Results indicated that sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) was the main reason for the cracking of pipeline steel.It is suggesed to reselect the material or heat treatment for the pipeline.
