摘要: 某高压聚乙烯装置反应器夹套管多次发生穿孔泄漏, 通过腐蚀形貌观察、材料化学成分分析以及ANSYS CFX模拟计算等方法对其进行失效分析, 发现氧腐蚀和气蚀是造成穿孔泄漏的主要原因。同时, 对预防该类腐蚀事件的再次发生提出了防护措施。Abstract: The perforation and corrosion of jacket tubes in a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) reactor occured repeatedly. By corrosion morphology, chemical component analysis and ANSYS CFX’s simulation calculation, it was revealed that oxygen corrosion and cavitation corrosion were the main reasons of the leakage. Based on the analysis result, some anticorrosion methords were proposed.
