    Mo-Ni-B系三元硼化物陶瓷涂层激光熔覆制备及其腐蚀性能

    Corrosion Performance of Mo-Ni-B Ternary Boride Ceramic Coating Prepared by Laser Cladding

    • 摘要: 采用激光熔覆技术在Q235钢表面原位合成了Mo2NiB2陶瓷涂层。利用扫描电镜和静态浸泡法、电化学方法研究了涂层的显微组织及耐腐蚀性能。结果表明, 涂层与基材形成了良好的冶金结合, 组织致密, 增强相分布较为均匀且无明显的裂纹和孔洞。在3.5% NaCl溶液中, 涂层的腐蚀电位明显比基材正移, 腐蚀电流密度约为基材的1/4, 说明Mo2NiB2陶瓷涂层显著提高了基材的耐腐蚀性能。

       

      Abstract: The Mo2NiB2 ternary boride ceramic coating was in-situ prepared on the surface of Q235 steel by laser cladding. The microstructure and corrosion behavior of the coating were investigated by SEM, immersion and electrochemical methods. The results showed that the coating exhibited good metallurgical bond at the interface, no obvious cracks and holes were found, and the reinforced phase distribution was uniform. Compared with the substrate, the coating showed one-forth corrosion current density and the corrosion potential shifted positively in 3.5% NaCl solution, indicating that the coating significantly improved the corrosion resistance of the substrate.
