    Ni-P-SiC-MoS2复合镀层结构与性能研究

    STRUCTURE AND PERFORMANCE OF ELECTROLESS COMPOSITE Ni-P-SiC-MoS2 PLATING

    • 摘要: 在单一复合镀的基础上获得了Ni-P-SiC-MoS2复合镀层,借助于扫描电镜、X衍射分析、附着力自动划痕试验、显微硬度分析、磨损试验等方法对复合镀层的表面形貌、成分、内部结构及性能等作了综合分析.结果表明,复合镀层热处理后发生了晶化转变,附着力随着热处理温度的提高而提高,硬度低于Ni-P-SiC而高于Ni-P-MoS2镀层,摩擦磨损性能却优于上面两种,是一种具有良好耐磨性及减磨性的复合镀层.

       

      Abstract: The Ni-P-SiC-MoS2 composite coating was obtained on basis of single electroless composite plating.The surface morphology,components,structure and performance of the coating were investigated with SEM,XRD,microhardness,adhesion and wear testing.The composite coating was crystallized after heat treatment,and the adhesion increased with the increase of the heat treatment temperature,the hardness of composite coating was lower than that of Ni-P-SiC and higher than that of Ni-P-MoS2,but its wear-friction properties were superior to above all.Meanwhile,It had excellent wear resistance and anti-friction properties.
