    X80钢在大港盐碱土模拟溶液中的腐蚀电化学行为

    Corrosion Electrochemical Behavior of X80 Pipeline Steel in Simulated Dagang Soil Solution

    • 摘要: 将X80钢通过空冷、水淬两种方式热处理后与供货状态(原始组织)的X80钢相比较,研究了不同组织X80钢在大港盐碱土模拟溶液中的短期腐蚀电化学行为,采用场发射扫描电镜(FE-SEM)对腐蚀产物的形貌进行了观察.试验结果表明,腐蚀20天以后,经两种热处理的钢样腐蚀速率较原始态的要高一些,X80钢的耐蚀性因热处理而降低,这主要与X80钢的组织因热处理发生变化以及各试样表面生成腐蚀产物的致密程度有关.

       

      Abstract: Compared to the as-received X80 steel with original microstructure,the corrosion behavior of X80 steel heat treated by water quenching and air cooling was studied by Tafel polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS).The morphology of corrosion products was analyzed by FE-SEM.The experimenal results showed that,after corrosion for 20 days in simulated soil solution of Dagang,the corrosion rate of X80 steel with original microstructure was lower than that with heat treated microstructure.The difference of microstructure and the compactability of corrosion products led to the different corrosion resistance.
