    酸化介质中豆渣提取物的缓蚀性能

    Corrosion Inhibition Performance of Bean Dregs Extracts in Acidification Mediums

    • 摘要: 从豆渣中提取氨基酸制备缓蚀剂, 红外光谱分析表明提取物的主要成分为氨基酸。提取的较佳条件为: 10 g豆渣与125 ml 20%盐酸溶液反应180 min, 得到复合氨基酸的浓度为0.185 g/L。采用静态挂片法对提取物的缓蚀性能进行研究, 结果表明, 酸的种类、温度、浓度对提取物的缓蚀性能有显著影响, 提取物对酸化介质中的J55钢缓蚀效率最高达97.8%; 电化学测试结果表明, 提取物能使盐酸介质、土酸介质中的J55钢腐蚀电位负移, 属抑制阴极型缓蚀剂。提取物能显著增加电化学阻抗谱圆弧半径, 缓蚀效果显著。因此, 从豆渣中提取缓蚀剂具有一定可行性。

       

      Abstract: Amino acid inhibitors extracted from bean dregs were studied. The results of IR spectrum of extracts showed that the main ingredient of extracts was amino acid, and the preferable extracting conditions were 125 ml 20% HCl and 10g bean dregs reacted 180 min, and composite amino acids content in extractors is 0.185 g/L. The results of corrosion inhibition performance from static weight loss showed that the types, temperature and concentration of acidic mediums had influence on corrosion inhibition remarkably. The corrosion inhibition efficiency of extracts was up to 97.8% in mud acid. The results of electrochemiscal performance of extracts indicated that corrosion potential of J55 steel shifted to negative direction both in hydrochloric acid and mud acid. The extracts is a cathodic corrosion inhibitor, can improve the circular-arc radius of notably in acidic mediums, and the corrosion inhibition effect is remarkable. It is practicable to extract inhibitors from bean dregs.
