Abstract: The application of heat-shrink able belt patch to anticorrosion for Jiuqu-Fengcheng gas pipeline was introduced and its failing mode was analyzed. It is suggested to increase the personnel skills, improve the pretreatment of steel pipe, and strictly control the construction environment to control the quality of the joint coating.
