    基于B/S模式和图形超链接技术的石化设备防腐蚀分析系统

    Anticorrosion Analysis System of Petrol Chemical Equipment Based on B/S Schema and Graph Hyperlink Technique

    • 摘要: 防腐蚀检测信息量大、结构复杂, 整合十分困难。本工作中的石化设备防腐蚀分析系统采用B/S模式, 应用AutodeskDWF Viewer组件, 以各防腐蚀点为中心索引, 整合该防腐蚀点原始资料, 将与该设备相关联的所有数据进行索引整理, 建立了该防腐蚀点与各相关防腐蚀资料的图形链接。使管理人员、技术人员能够通过工艺流程图形界面快速查询和分析设备腐蚀情况,极大地提高了石化企业的防腐蚀水平。

       

      Abstract: The amount of information of corrosion monitoring is very tremendous and its structure is complex. It is difficult to integrate the information of corrosion monitoring. In this work, an anticorrosion point was regarded as a center index, all data about the anticorrosion points were classifed, the graph hyperlink between the corrosion point and the related anticorrosion material was created with the component about AutodeskDWF Viewer based on the Brower/Server (B/S) schema. The managers and technicians can quickly inquire and analyze the equipment corrosion status. This work enhanced the anticorrosion level of the petrol chemical enterprises.
