    Sensitization Behavior of 304 Stainless Steel

    • 摘要: 采用双环电化学动电位再活化法(EPR)对敏化处理后的304不锈钢试样进行晶间腐蚀试验, 然后采用金相法观察试验后试样表面优先腐蚀的贫铬区的形态特征。结果表明, 304不锈钢在敏化过程中, 贫铬区首先以点状分布于晶界附近, 随着敏化程度的加剧, 贫铬区不断扩展连接, 形成链状分布, 链状的贫铬区再发生交联, 最终以网状分布于晶界附近。

       

      Abstract: The thermally aged 304 stainless steel specimens were characterized for their degree of sensitization (DOS) by double-loop (DL) electrochemical potentiokinetic reactivation (EPR) method. Then the chromium depletion zones of these tested specimens were observed by metallographic microscopy. The results show that chromium depletion zones were first in the shape of points, then expanded to chains with the increase of DOS, and finally distributed near the grain boundaries in the form of mesh.
