    杂散电流对X70钢干扰影响的腐蚀试验

    Effect of Stray Current on Corrosion of X70 Pipeline Steel

    • 摘要: 模拟现场杂散电流的干扰环境, 研究了杂散电流密度对管线钢腐蚀速率的影响规律。同时对比研究了交流、直流及交直流混流腐蚀的特点、影响规律及腐蚀机理。结果表明, 腐蚀速率随着杂散电流密度的增加而增大, 交直流在作用机理和腐蚀形式上存在差异, 研究结果为现场埋地管道杂散电流评价及研究提供借鉴。

       

      Abstract: Using a simulation device, the influence of stray current density on corrosion rates of X70 pipeline steel was studied. A comparison investigation of AC, DC and (AC+DC) corrosion was carried out by simulated experiments. The stray current corrosion features and mechanism were analyzed. The results showed that the corrosion rate of X70 steel increased with the increase of stray current density.
